That’s why I pursued certification in 2017 – to empower myself and others with the skills and strategies needed to build healthy, fulfilling relationships. Sessions Offered
Understanding that each individual is at a different place in their journey, we offer different session packages. We offer 1 session, 6 session packages, 9 and 12 session packages. For more intense coaching please ask about our split coaching session package that gives you a break between packages to apply in real life, the techniques and skills you have learned in the first part of the package and the second part will allow for evaluation of how you did.
